No Limits
No Limits is a unique loyalty program for Brite Jobs employees, enabling them to earn extra. By completing challenges, they can earn Brite Cash, the virtual coin of Brite Jobs. Employees who are drivers, have low/no absenteeism, or remain employed for a long time deserve recognition! That's why Brite Jobs developed this program exclusively for its employees. The coins can be exchanged monthly for bonuses, housing discounts, or cool merchandise.

Challenges

The main way to earn Brite Coins is through Challenges. There are countless challenges, some of which are related to length of employment, hours worked or sick reports. For instance, a challenge might ask you to write honest reviews about Brite Jobs on Google and Facebook or rate your driver's driving behavior. Many challenges can be completed multiple times, and new challenges are added throughout the year.

Icon of a wheel of fortuneEvery quarter, employees can compete for amazing prizes in the No Limits Lottery. iPhones, smartwatches, electric scooters, JBL party boxes, gift cards, and day trips are examples of prizes to be won. In December, there's a big Christmas lottery, where all employees employed during week 52 are automatically entered for free.

Quiz
Icon of a thinking personAnother way to earn Brite Cash is through the Quiz. Occasionally, you'll get a question about Brite Jobs or recent events. Before big (sports) events like the Olympics, the European Football Championship, or the Eurovision Song Contest you can share your predictions through the Quiz module. If you're good at predicting things, this is perfect for you. You can also track your predictions' performance compared to your colleagues on the leaderboard.

Recommend Your Friend

If you help Brite Jobs find new motivated employees, you'll be richly rewarded! Through No Limits, you can share the contact details of your friends and family unlimitedly. Our recruiters will get in touch with them. For every successful match, where your friend/family member stays employed for at least 8 weeks, you'll receive a net bonus of €150. This is separate from the €100 you can cash out monthly.

Over the past years, several "NL Recruiters" have emerged, each with more than 10 successful recommendations per person. That means several individuals have earned more than €1,500 net extra!

We aim to improve our services daily. This is possible by collecting feedback from our employees, analyzing it, and making adjustments accordingly. Therefore, your opinion matters greatly to us. F.A.Q.

 

  • How can I download the app? 

    In your first week of work, you will receive an email with an invitation. You can use this to download the app.

  • What is my P4F number?

    Your P4F number is the code you also use to log into the P4F app. It consists of the last 5 digits of your employee number, which can be found at the top left of all your payslips.

  • How much can I withdraw?

    You can withdraw a maximum of 100 euros per month.

  • When will the bonus be paid out? 

    All payouts from NoLimits are made once a month, together with your salary. When you request a payout, you will see the exact date on which it will be paid.

  • I forgot my password 

    If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself via the No Limits app. You need to click on "forgot password" and follow the steps.

  • How does the housing discount work? 

    Employees living at an Brite Jobs location can also use Brite Cash as a housing discount. The full bonus amount will then be settled net. If you choose to receive Brite Cash as a cash bonus (not as a housing discount), you will have to pay tax on it at the special rate.

  • How much is Brite Cash worth? 

    1 Brite Cash is equivalent to 1 euro cent. 1000 Brite Cash is therefore €10. For higher amounts, you get a discount (€100 = 9500 Brite Cash).

  • I have been working for a while but just got the app. Can I get Brite Cash retroactively?

    All your challenges are tracked from the moment you start working*, even if you don't have an account yet. When you create an account, you will immediately receive the Brite Cash for all the challenges you have already completed.

    *Up to 2022, the year NoLimits started.

  • I don’t work for Brite Jobs anymore, can I still withdraw my Brite Cash? 

    After you leave the company, you may make a one-time withdrawal of up to 50 euros. The payout date must be within 6 weeks of your termination date. Your Brite Cash will be kept for 6 months after your termination date. If you rejoin Brite Jobs within these 6 months, you will retain all your Brite Cash.
