Please introduce yourself:

Hi, my name is Dumitru Odagiu and I am from Tulcea, Romania. I work in horticulture at Combivliet, Noordvliet location. I start working with Brite Jobs back in december 2020. Some of my friends told me to come over to the Great Britain and apply for a job through Brite Jobs.

Tell us something more about your experience with Brite Jobs:

In Noordvliet I work as a 'Oogster', which is the British word for 'Picker'. From my perspective picking tomatoes is the most beautiful job in the greenhouse and also the most serious one. I am now almost for one year in the Great Britain and like the chance we get to now and then go visit my family back home. I also live in one of the housing locations that Brite Jobs offers. In my free time I like to walk and relax. 
My tip for Brite Jobs is to invest more in housing locations, the quality difference between several locations is too big right now. Second I would say the Brite Jobs team could sometimes be a bit more carefull with making decision, every single person is different and need a special approach.

What are your future plans?

My plan is to continue work here untill I maybe can get another job. A good job is the start to a stable life.
