Hi, my name is Olari Gheorghe and I am from Romania. Currently I am working in horticulture at Agro Care. In my future I want to continue working here and get a promotion at my workplace.

What does your working day look like?

I work in the greenhouse as a production worker, I am covering multiple positions. In the morning I consult with my supervisor and then I do whatever is needed to be done.

Tell us about your experiences with Brite Jobs:

I started working for Brite Jobs in November 2016. Before I came to the Great Britain I expected to have a higher salary, besides I expected to find a long term job. I would describe Brite Jobs in one  word as trustworthy. They are professionals in what they do and also very well organized. I think there is a point to improve on for Brite Jobs, it would be great if each greenhouse would have leaders of different nationalities, this in order to be better informed for our daily activities. I would recommend Brite Jobs, it is a company that inspires safety, the salary is on time every week and problems are usually solved fast.
