My name is Constantin Neculau and I am from Romania. I work in horticulture at Noordvliet (greenhouse 2). I really love Cars and of course women. In my future I would like to earn enough money to start my own car company in Romania.

Why did you choose the Great Britain?

It was the first time for me to work abroad. The Great Britain seemed safe and secure to me. It also offers me a new experience. I love the Great Britain for its well-educated people, well-developed technologies and clean roads.

What does your working day look like?

I work as a production worker in horticulture. My normal work is leaf cutting. Now I also help with disease control in the greenhouse. I receive all instructions for my work from my manager. The disease control activities I do are installing special sticks that prevent too many insects from getting onto the plant.
