My name is Damian Czyrek and I'm from Poland. I work in horticulture at Brite Jobs. In the future I want to continue to develop myself professionally and work for Brite Jobs. I also want to broaden my interests. 

What kind of expectations did you have before you came to the Great Britain?

I went to the Great Britain expecting to have good work, good living conditions and a better salary. I also expected a good working atmosphere. 

Tell us about your working day, what does a working day look like?

I'm a tomato picker, I'm also a forklift truck driver and pallet truck driver. 

Tell us about your experiences with Brite Jobs:

I work at Brite Jobs since 2012. BIj Brite Jobs has a good working atmosphere, the living conditions are at the right level. The salary is always on time. As the ship sails now, I have no changes that Brite Jobs should make. I recommend Brite Jobs because I earn well here, can work enough hours and have confidence in the future. Finally, the cars of Brite Jobs deserve praise. The cars are efficient and safe. The communication between employer and job coaches is also good.
